My talent is in identifying and fixing people and organisational issues in technology enabled businesses. I understand the strategy and objectives to lead change through people and processes to enhance outcomes.
Much of my career has been spent building and coaching high performance teams across many industries including Software, Utilities, FinTech, Engineering and Green-Tech. I have been through the full lifecycle of a technology start-up from first concepts through to exit and have mentored and partnered with numerous early-stage companies.Â
