Personal Mentoring

Mark has been my long-term mentor and go-to person for career and business advice for almost 30 years since we met when his company OPS was appointed to help recruit for Cambridge Technology Partners. The sign of a great mentor is one who steers and guides you, asking those sometimes difficult questions that really make you consider your choices and make better decisions. Mark does this by actively listening, responding with empathy when needed, fully endeavouring to understand the situation and wisely helping to navigate the way to an outcome that makes total sense at the end of the discussion.
