Salary to c£45,000 + bonus + benefits
This fast growing international company is a market leader in the provision of a wide variety of SaaS based software application products. They have a broad product suite covering both back and front office applications targeted towards medium to large sized enterprises.
They are experiencing significant sales success and wish to expand their consulting and services group to cope with increasing customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to analyse requirements, document business processes and design solutions
- Contribute to project scoping and planning issues
- Undertake product configuration and implementation
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide resolution or manage escalations.
Background & Skills Required
- Two or more years applications implementation or consulting experience gained either in an end-user or consulting organisation
- Proven ability to undertake both analysis and implementation of solutions
- Experience of financial accounting software applications such as Sage, Tetra, Adapta, Quickbooks or similar
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Willingness to travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong intellect and problem solving skills.
You must be a UK / EU National or already be resident in the UK with a current Work Permit.
