For the last 14 years Objective has been one of the few UK companies focussed on early stage software and telecommunications companies. Because of this focus, we have built up a unique database of candidates in this market – some of these individuals we have known for the majority of their careers.
This knowledge and wide set of contacts enables us to undertake very effective candidate searches utilising a wide variety of methods:

Our approach and industry knowledge enables us to be very effective at quickly and efficiently producing high quality candidates and then managing the process though to successful hire. Our interviewing and selection techniques are such that we are frequently asked to deliver interview and selection training to our clients.
Our commercial terms are very different to the majority of search firms. We do not charge retainers for the majority of work we undertake. We generally operate under a payment on completion basis meaning greatly reduced risk for our clients and greater incentive for us to excel!
