We work closely with our client's senior management teams or partner with venture capital organisations to build great companies. From initial organisational and role design, we then put together innovative recruitment programmes to ensure that they efficiently achieve their growth plans whilst attracting the very best talent available.
Our commercial terms are significantly different to the majority of high-end recruitment firms with an emphasis on minimising risk and encouraging the establishment of long term, deep and mutually beneficial relationships.
Selection
Before we undertake any exercise we ensure that we are fully briefed about our clients business including company culture, ambitions and aspirations. We often have significant input in the design of the roles we are recruiting for and this allows us to be highly targeted in our selection of the very best talent.
We use a rigorous, structured process to determine candidates suitability for a role both from a capability and skills perspective as well as their cultural and team fit. This results in a high interview to hire ratio - so high that many of our clients use us as an integral part of their selection process due to our insights and impartiality.
Search
We have a deep understanding of the Software industry and have, we believe, one of the best (and warmest) network of contacts in the business. We leverage this knowledge and our contacts to conduct ethical, informed and effective searches that can usually produce fast and high quality results. These networks, that we work hard to maintain, give us access to a wide variety of senior executive talent and often allows us to surgically target outstanding performers on behalf of our clients.
Database
For over ten years we have been conducting major recruitment programmes for some of the most attractive and exciting software companies in the industry. We have built a large database of candidates who have expressed a strong interest in working on the vendor side of the industry. We have conducted a number of thousands of interviews over this time gaining an insight into who and where the high performing candidates are and also tracking the careers of the rising stars. We frequently conduct detailed referencing and again this feeds into the usefulness of the information we hold.
Recruitment Advertising
We have significant expertise in designing and executing high impact traditional media and web based advertising at a UK and European level. We have also designed and managed more complex integrated campaigns involving a variety of attraction methods including the direct targeting of competitive companies from where our clients wish to hire.
