Objective company founder, Mark Hennessy, has been providing support, advice and coaching to candidates for 17 years. Over the last couple of years Mark and an ex client, Max Dobres, have discussed how to extend the advice, help and support we both give on a daily basis to a wider audience. Max has spent his career as a senior business leader and has hired numerous people across a number of industries. We recognised that combining our experiences of recruiter and employer, we could give candidates a fresh and action oriented perspective on how to get a job.
The result is the book ‘Get a Job’. The book is designed to be an easy-to-use and practical guide to planning and executing an effective and competitive job search. This is not one of those self help books full of theory and advice that never seems to get put into practice. From the outset, the book is designed to be used and is written in easy to understand and simple to implement steps.
