Commercial Terms

We believe in long-term relationships. Enduring relationships are more efficient for both parties resulting in greater value creation - and they are more fun.

To nurture such relationships it is important to have commercial terms that are a win-win for both parties with built-in flexibility to cope with changing circumstances and fee’s set at a level that encourages repeat business.

• We generally do not charge retainers or up-front fee’s.
• We never charge cancellation fee’s.
• Most of our fee’s are charged on a results-only basis. If you hire someone through us, we charge:  if not, we don’t!
• We offer comprehensive guarantees should a candidate not work out or leave prematurely.
• Our fee levels are reasonable and we are both better value and lower risk than many of the larger search firms  who will charge higher fee’s and retainers.
